Tuition Fees have been structured in line with educational expenses. As the student moves through from Junior School to Middle School and Senior School, fees increase accordingly.
Tuition Fees are subject to annual review.

ENROLMENT ESTABLISHMENT FEE
A once off Enrolment Establishment Fee of $150 per family is incurred when a family joins the College. This fee is non-refundable.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LEVY -
A levy of $385 per family (per annum) applies

BUILDING LEVY
A levy of $250 per family (per annum) has been introduced to help offset the costs of building the
Multi-purpose Hall.

UNIFORM
New uniforms, bags and second-hand jumpers, kilts and pinafores are available from Bellarine Uniforms
63 Myers St. Geelong (PH: 5221 9199).

BUS LEVY
A regional levy of $895 per annum and metropolitan levy of $1,090 per annum per child applies to use the College bus to transport students to and/or from the College. This levy includes GST. A conveyance allowance can be claimed from the Department of Education for each eligible student via the College.

 To be eligible for the Conveyance Allowance:
1.     A student must live more than 4.8km from the College.
2.     A student is not eligible if he/she bypasses another multi/inter denominational or Christian school which offers a similar curriculum.

NOTE:
Families who live closer to Christian College than Covenant College are generally ineligible to claim the conveyance allowance. Some exceptions may apply to VCE students who undertake various subjects that Christian College does not offer.

 PAYMENT OF FEES
1.     Fees are invoiced and sent home on the FIRST DAY of each month and are due for payment within fourteen   (14 days of date of issue.
2.     If fees remain outstanding after the 14 days period, a reminder statement will be sent out.
3.     Fees are invoiced over a 10-month period, from February to November inclusive.
4.     A 5% discount is offered when FULL fees (Tuition Fees, IT, Building Levy and Bus Levy where applicable) are paid before the end of February of the particular school year.

PREFERED PAYMENT OPTIONS
1.     Direct debit from bank account.
2.     Direct debit from credit card account.
3.     Credit Card payment authority slip on Fees Invoice/Statement.
4.     CentrePay from Centrelink entitlements. 

WITHDRAWAL OF CHILDREN FROM THE COLLEGE
Parents withdrawing their children from the College at the end of the year must notify the PRINCIPAL IN WRITING BY THE END OF TERM 3 of that year. A full Term’s written notification is required. 

Parents withdrawing their children’s enrolment at other times during the year (not at the end of the school year), must notify the PRINCIPAL IN WRITING at least one (1) month prior to the final day of attendance. 

In the event where notification is not received a $200 Withdrawal Fee will apply.
