Students study at a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) for one afternoon a week, and are employed by a business, company or organisation for one day a week in the field of their Certificate. For example: Cert II in Fitness employer may be a gym, health studio, swim club or any allied field of interest. Cert II in Business employer can be anyone who runs a business for any legitimate reason Cert II in Equine Studies Employer may own a stud farm, horse agistment, pony club or any organisation involving horses.
